NYSERDA Dances with BOEM

Author: Roxi Sharif The Great Neck-based developer Villadom Corporation has submitted a proposal to build a 486,380 square-foot shopping center next to the Berkeley Jackson County Park in Huntington, NY. There will be a public hearing to discuss the changes and the mall’s potential impact on the public and the environment on May 17th at 7 PM in the auditorium at Elwood Middle School, 478 Elwood Rd. This proposed project neighbors very closely to the Elwood Orchard property
