"On Thursday, April 26th, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) will hold a public hearing about the pipeline in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. This will be the only hearing about this pipeline that FERC is holding in NYC, so it's really important to have a strong turnout to show FERC, and Governor Cuomo, that we don't want this fracked gas pipeline." - United for Action Network

The hearing will be at the Best Western Gregory Hotel, 8315 4th Avenue in Brooklyn, from 5:00 - 9:00 pm, and there will be a press conference and rally beforehand. This location is just two blocks north from the 86th Street Brooklyn stop on the "R" train. Please consider attending the hearing or submitting your comment to Cuomo! Also, please tell your friends!

"The public has until May 14th to submit comments on the DEIS. Learn about the dangers posed to the health and safety of residents, visitors, wildlife, and the environment from emitted toxic gas, noise, potential fires, and explosion. There are many opportunities right now to show why you’re against this dangerous project in our backyard, and in anyone’s backyard." - Route 40, New Jersey News.
